Telephone Wiring Faults

Thankfully it doesn't often happen but sometimes our telephone lines do fall foul to technical or enviromental related difficulties, the result of which means that we cannot fully use our telephone line based services and therefore have to report the fault to our telephone service provider. Establishing there is a fault and its origin can often be vital to obtaining a speedy repair solution.

However it is not uncommon for customers to report a fault on their line only to be told that there is no fault and that any problems are with customer side equipment or wiring. Whilst his may often be true, sometimes mistakes are made so it is best that you establish definitively that there is no fault with your equipment or internal wiring before reporting a fault to your telephone service provider.
